For those who just want their homes tidied and cleaned with some regularity, take advantage of our basic cleaning package. Whether you want weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services, we’ll work with you to set up a schedule that meets your needs. Our basic package includes:
- Vacuum, Sweep, & Mop
- Complete Dusting
- Wipe Down Sinks & Countertops
- Make Beds
The Fine Print
- Must set up $25.00 Nonrefundable walk-through Consultation Fee
- Walk-through Consultation Fee: This service enables us to determine the cost of services based on the property's size and condition It also helps us understand your specific needs determine the necessary cleaning supplies .
- $50.00 Nonrefundable Deposit Required to ensure your date and time All payments are due up front before service can start.
- About the Deposit: When paying your Non-Refundable and needing to reschedule for any reason, you will be permitted one rescheduling opportunity. Therefore, an additional deposit will be required, which will also be applied to your remaining balance.
- Emergency or Last Minute Cleaning $50.00 will be added to your services
- Pet hair cleanup fee is $25.00 added to your service
- Late fees may be applied if you're more than 5 minutes late. If you're more than 5 minutes late, a reschedule will be required.
